Arrival

Join us from the 15th to the 19th of June for an Italian adventure! Pisa or Florence are the closest airports. We booked accommodations for you and both options have parking. We'd recommend booking a car to be more flexible if you'd like to do some things in the area.

For our Bristol and Berlin Friends:

You will be staying with us at the wedding venue. We have booked the location from the 15h-19th June. Check-in is from 4.00 pm on the 15th June and check-out at 10.00 am on the 19th June.

For our families and friends with kids:

We booked separate apartments per family at Agriturismo L'Incrociata (for the 15th-19th June), which is a 10 - 15 minute drive from the location. Check-in is from 1.00 pm on the 15th June and check-out at 11.00 am on the 19th June. We will send you the booking details for your room as soon as we received your RSVP.

Rehearsal Dinner

We are having a Rehearsal and Welcome Pizza Dinner on the 16th June, 7.00 pm at Villa Olimpia. All of our guests are invited to join - just let us know in your RSVP. If you are part of our wedding party, please arrive at 6.00 pm for a brief wedding rehearsal.

Transportation

We want to make things as easy as possible for you and will run a shuttle service on the day of the wedding for people staying at Località L'Incrociata. If you prefer not to use the shuttle, please let us know so we can make sure we have enough parking spots available.
